霍林生，大连理工大学教授，博士生导师，辽宁省工程防灾减灾重点实验室副主任，大连市领军人才，入选全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单。主要从事结构抗震与控制、智能材料与结构、结构健康监测等方面的研究工作。主持5项国家自然科学基金项目（课题）和2项国家科技部研发项目子课题，作为研究骨干参与多项973项目、国家基金重点和重大项目。参与的项目分别获得国家科技进步二等奖2项，省部级科技进步一等奖4项。出版学术著作3部，编写教材3部。发表100余篇期刊论文，SCI收录70余篇。多篇论文入选ESI高被引论文、期刊高被引论文及特色论文。

Prof. Linsheng Huo is a full professor in Dalian University of Technology. He is the deputy director of Liaoning Provincial Key Laboratory of Engineering Disaster Prevention and Mitigation, leading talent in Dalian, and has been listed in the top 2 % list of scientists in the world by Stanford University. Prof. Huo’s major research interests cover structural seismic and control, intelligent materials and structures, structural health monitoring. He has presided over five National Natural Science Foundation projects and two National Ministry of Science and Technology Research and Development project sub-projects, and as a research backbone, he has participated in several 973 projects, national fund priorities, and major projects. He has also received several important awards, including two National Science and Technology Progress Second Prize, and four Provincial and Ministerial Science and Technology Progress First Prize. He published three academic works, more than 100 journal articles (SCI more than 70), and compiled three textbooks. Several papers were selected for ESI highly cited papers, journals highly cited papers, and characteristic papers.
